LUNAS (Luminescent Nucleic Acid Sensor) is a CRISPR-based molecular diagnostic platform that enables rapid, highly sensitive detection of pathogens without the need for centralized laboratory infrastructure. It integrates isothermal amplification, CRISPR-based detection, and a luminescent camera-based readout into a single highly sensitive and specific reaction.
